Job Summary
Configure and customize Avature modules based on business requirements, perform unit testing, and support defect fixing across testing cycles. Manage deployments and movement between environments, then support cutover activities and Go-Live execution with Hypercare post-implementation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Requires 8+ years of IT experience with hands-on Avature configuration, testing, and deployment skills. Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews at the IBM location in Bangalore and report from Day 1.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Hands-on experience in Avature configuration and administration
- Strong experience in testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Experience supporting Go-Live and Hypercare phases
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Available for Face-to-Face interviews at IBM location if requested
- Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
