Job Summary
Customize and extend Sterling Commerce APIs, databases, UIs, user exits, and agents while building and maintaining web services and API integrations. Develop and enhance NextGen IBM Sterling Call Center interfaces, implementing order, payment, fulfillment, and call center workflows. Work on configuration deployment toolkit activities and support global inventory visibility processes. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable OMS solutions. Requires 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS development experience, specifically with Sterling NextGen Call Center and Order Hub functionality. Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews at the IBM Bangalore location and report on Day 1 post onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS development experience
- Strong experience with Sterling NextGen Call Center
- Hands-on experience with Sterling OMS v10.0
- Experience in customization and extension of APIs, UIs, user exits, and agents
- Knowledge of Global Inventory Visibility (GIV) and Order Flows
- Experience with Order Hub customization
- Experience building web services and integrations
- At least one end-to-end Sterling OMS implementation from scratch
- Candidate should be available for Face-to-Face interviews at IBM location if requested
- Day 1 reporting post onboarding is mandatory
