Job Summary
Package Concierge role located in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Provides five-star guest service by managing residents' mail and package needs: preparing outgoing mail/packages, receiving/storing/organizing incoming mail, delivering packages to residents/guests, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining mail/package records. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience preferred, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; in-person position with flexible evenings/weekends. Salary range suggested by posting is about $24.00–$24.70 per hour (annualized ~ $49,920–$51,376).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in Hospitality preferred (hotels and resorts, private luxury clubs, travel management, etc.)
- Strong customer service track record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
