Pack Shift Coordinator- Fri-Sun Days - Full Time

Pack Shift Coordinator responsible for coordinating tasks with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met. This role assigns work tasks to others, monitors progress against standards, operates and maintains WMS systems, balances inventory, and facilitates communication across shifts. Key duties include prioritizing and assigning tasks, communicating daily goals, monitoring performance, training associates, enforcing safety policies, adherence to Loss Prevention procedures, maintaining excellent attendance, and supporting flexible shifts with overtime as needed. Essential skills include experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, problem-solving, multi-tasking under deadlines, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, willingness to cross-train, teamwork, the ability to take instruction and provide guidance, proactive business sense, and basic MS Office proficiency. Requires standing, sitting, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work a Fri-Sun days schedule in a distribution-center environment; starting pay ranges from $24.70 to $26.45 per hour, with potential shift differential and market-competitive compensation.
