Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and process incoming packaging materials and product packs according to company standards. Accurately sort, label, and prepare packs for shipment or internal distribution while maintaining detailed records of processing activities. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate pack movement and resolve processing issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures during all stages of pack handling. Update inventory management systems and track pack status to support supply chain efficiency. This role requires the ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds safely and work flexible shifts, including weekends, within our state-of-the-art Legacy Campus facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software or willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging environment.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning and labeling equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to material handling.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and use of spreadsheets.
- Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment.
