Job Summary
Coordinate packing orders and monitor materials to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, release packing orders to production lines, liaison with internal teams to ensure material availability, investigate customer concerns and drive corrective actions, and maintain standard work procedures for Right First Time quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- experience in order processing, production control, or operations coordination
- Familiarity with ERP systems (AOS, SAP or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse operational data
- Ability to understand process diagrams and operational workflows
- Fluent English and Czech required
