Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Solventum’s Dental Solutions portfolio in the Pacific region. Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to accelerate growth, shape regional strategy, and develop talent. Responsibilities include delivering regional revenue targets, identifying market opportunities with data-driven insights, executing a comprehensive regional business plan, recruiting and coaching sales talent, driving adoption of new products and digital programs, expanding influence with DSOs, dental schools, and key opinion leaders, and leveraging cross-functional partnerships to accelerate impact. Requires up to 50% travel, a Bachelor’s degree, 7-10 years of sales experience, CRM experience, and strong analytical skills. Remote work option available for West Coast; travel up to 50% domestically/internationally. A valid driver’s license is required; relocation assistance may be authorized. Compensation range is $163,200 - $224,400 plus potential incentives; eligible benefits vary by location.
