Job Summary
Check patients in and out, triage calls and messages, and prepare patients for exams and procedures. Sterilize instruments, restock examination rooms, and coordinate third-party payer requirements including prior authorizations and referrals. Call patients to provide instructions or test results per physician directions. Requires one year of EMR experience, proficiency with Google Workspace and basic PC skills, and an effective COVID-19 vaccine. Full-time M-F, 7:00am-5pm.
Required Qualifications
- EMR and/or Practice Management Systems - 1 year
- Proficiency with Google Workspace apps
- Basic PC and iPad skills
- Able to work with scanners, printers, digital fax, spreadsheets and PDF files
- Effective verbal and written English proficiency
- Excellent cust.
- Covid vaccine is required
