Job Summary

Manage the day-to-day operations of a major intelligence contract, including staffing, financial oversight, and technical reporting. Direct employees and subcontractors to maintain technical, cost, and schedule baselines while defining tasks with key customer decision-makers. Prepare staffing plans, recruit personnel, and monitor contract performance to ensure successful program delivery. Coordinate with security for orientation and assist new staff in initiating work. This Senior Intelligence Team Lead role requires active TS/SCI clearance and expert knowledge of Indo-Pacific threats. The position supports Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs, integrating AI and ML tools into all-source analysis workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly Required
  • Expert-level familiarity with threats to the Indo Pacific and Asia area of responsibility, including but not limited to leadership intentions, military force capabilities, regional dynamics, and cross-domain threats
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Computer Science, Political Science, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Knowledge of and experience working across various Defense Intelligence Agency organizations and across Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of customer processes, programs, and policies across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including familiarity with OUSD(I&S), CCMD J2 requirements, and IC analytic community standards
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs, including direct experience managing or overseeing intelligence analysis production requirements
  • Expert-level familiarity with ICD 203/206 (Analytic Standards), including sourcing, uncertainty, and analytic tradecraft standards
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce and evaluate compliance across junior analyst products
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams of intelligence analysts, including assigning workloads, reviewing finished intelligence products for analytic rigor, and providing mentorship and performance evaluations
  • Aptitude for or demonstrated experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools and methodologies into all-source intelligence analysis workflows
  • Ability to identify application of Large Language Model (LLM) platforms (e.g., GPT-based tools, classified AI environments) to intelligence summarization, entity extraction, document exploitation, and automated reporting pipelines
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface effectively across all levels of government, including SES, Flag Officer, and Senior Executive stakeholders, via written and oral forums
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with IC-specific analytic tools and platforms (e.g., Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Intelink, classified cloud environments)
