Job Summary
Conduct clinical interrogation and programming of pacemakers and ICD devices under physician and nurse practitioner supervision. Schedule clinic and remote appointments, manage patient follow-up correspondence, and monitor websites for remote transmissions and urgent alerts. Download and analyze clinical device transmissions, review patient algorithms, and prepare preliminary reports. Set up and report Holter Monitor data while tracking device patient status within the practice and with manufacturers.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited EKG school
- Graduate of a Cardiac Arrhythmia Technology Program
- Equivalent training/experience in interpreting cardiac arrhythmias
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Rhythm Analysis technician (CRAT) from CCI
- Bachelor's Degree
