Job Summary
Oversee a group of health aides by providing direct supervision, conducting periodic audits of Personal Service Plans, and ensuring all job performance aspects are monitored. Coordinate with the Home Care Director and Interdisciplinary Teams to manage scheduling for home nursing, ADL, and IADL support services. Participate in weekend, holiday, and triage rotations while driving performance improvement initiatives and assisting with policy reviews. Maintain updated training programs and QAPI reports to address care deficiencies or trends.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Nursing or equivalent experience or certification
- Current MA Nursing License
- Strong clinical background in geriatric care
Desired Qualifications
- Home health care management preferred
- Expertise dealing with elders and families
