Job Summary

The Quality and Compliance Specialist supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the PACE program’s compliance and quality improvement activities. This role ensures the organization meets all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures designed to promote participant safety, program integrity, and continuous performance improvement. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of CMS and state regulations to guide compliance efforts, conducting audits and reviews, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance safe, high-quality care for older adults.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality improvement, or regulatory oversight
  • Knowledge of CMS and state regulations for PACE programs and managed care environments
  • 1 year experience working with older adults
