Job Summary
PACE Program Marketing Liaison with bilingual English/Spanish expertise responsible for increasing access to care and referrals across the Florida Tri County Service Area (Charlotte, Collier, and Lee). Develop and educate referral sources to promote enrollment in Hope Healthcare programs (Hospice, PACE, Palliative Care, etc.), identify opportunities with other healthcare providers, and deliver community education. Requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; travel within the assigned service area; use of CRM to document daily referral activity; and collaboration with clinical leadership to drive program growth. Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. W inkler location noted—bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven healthcare sales performance
- degree in marketing, business, public relations or related field or background in healthcare such as nursing, social work, or other patient-centered healthcare role
- Must possess a valid Florida Drivers' License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Certification of completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs
