PACE PRN Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates participants’ cognitive, physical, psychosocial, and perceptual functioning to promote independence and maximize participation in meaningful daily activities; develops and implements individualized treatment plans to enhance functional performance and independence within the PACE model of care. Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) and an unrestricted OT license in the practice state, plus CPR certification. NBCOT certification is preferred; minimum 1 year of clinical experience is preferred, with geriatric, rehabilitative, or PACE experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities include promoting independence and quality of life through OT assessments and therapeutic interventions for senior participants in a PACE setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice required
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required
- Current CPR certification required
