Job Summary
Coordinate clinic operations and supervise staff by conducting clinical assessments, administering medications, performing phlebotomy, and managing wound care for PACE members. Direct the interdisciplinary team through performance evaluations, training new hires, and establishing consistent care delivery standards while maintaining accurate medical documentation. Manage inventory for pharmaceuticals and durable medical equipment, monitor transportation services, and resolve operational grievances. Lead quality assurance audits, assist with budgeting and performance trend analysis, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and HIPAA regulations. Requires on-call rotation and flexible hours to support staffing needs across multiple clinics.
Required Qualifications

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- BLS certification
- One-year experience as a Registered Nurse

- Exhibits professionalism by attendance, punctuality, accountability, appearance, demeanor, and the willingness to go beyond normal job expectations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for information regarding patients and other team members

- Ability to reach, bend, climb, stoop and lift and carry up to 20 lbs of medical/office supplies for routine performance of essential job functions
- Emergency response capabilities for possible crisis situations
- Manual dexterity and strength sufficient to enter information via computer keyboard for long periods of time, to write notes and information as needed, and to pick up and hold paperwork, supplies and other items
- Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to handle phone and in-person conversations with patients/clients, clinicians and other staff and to listen to breathing, pulse and circulation, as part of patient examination and treatment
- Visual acuity and reading ability sufficient to effectively read records and documents, and to accurately view information on a computer monitor
- Normal tactile feeling required to perform duties, including taking patient's pulse
- Eye/hand coordination, hearing and visual acuity necessary for driving safely
- Must have annual TB test &/or complete TB questionnaire annually
