PACE EMR Application Analyst & Trainer

Job Summary

Optimize clinical workflows and EHR systems across PACE service lines, including primary care, home care, and center operations. Lead technology initiatives, manage project plans, and facilitate organizational change management for system enhancements. Design and deliver training programs, develop curricula, and support end-user adoption while troubleshooting application issues. Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support regulatory reporting and quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a liaison between Clinical Operations, Information Technology, and leadership to ensure information systems effectively support participant-centered care.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business Administration, Information Systems, Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHR), project management, workflow improvement, training, or a closely related healthcare field
  • Experience supporting and optimizing EHR systems and other healthcare information systems
  • Required to pass a criminal history background check and drug screen upon hire
  • Annual health examination
  • Annual Tuberculosis skin test clearance or chest x-ray
  • Proof of immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B
  • Proof of Tdap vaccine
  • During current flu season, must provide proof of influenza vaccine or a signed declination form
  • If declined, a flu mask is mandatory during flu season

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting interdisciplinary healthcare teams and clinic operations
  • Experience with organizational change management, end-user training, healthcare technology implementations, and workflow design
  • Experience in PACE, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, home health, senior care, or other integrated care delivery models
  • Healthcare informatics, project management, EHR application, or training certifications (e.g., CAHIMS, CPHIMS, CAPM, PMP, CPTM, or vendor-specific EHR certifications)
