Job Summary
Provide door-to-door, assisted transportation for clients requiring help with bags, stability, or mobility devices. Transport individuals to medical appointments, social outings, and other destinations while delivering service with patience and professionalism. Maintain a clean driving record with no DUIs and ensure compliance with federal and state background checks, drug testing, and credentialing requirements. Accommodate riders with service animals per ADA law. This role offers flexible scheduling as an independent contractor, allowing you to choose your hours while meeting client demand.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- valid U.S. driver's license (3+ years)
- clean record (no DUIs; ≤2 minor violations in 3 years)
- Pass federal/state LiveScan fingerprinting
- criminal background check (no felonies or violent charges)
- sex offender registry screening
- Willing to complete FTA/state drug testing
- credentialing as required by our client
- Must accommodate riders with service animals (per ADA law)
