Job Summary
Assist participants in treatment and care according to established facility methods and individual plans of care. Maintain current Long Term Care Aide Certification, with Home Health Aide certification and CPR certification required. Communicate effectively in English, with bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese skills preferred. This role supports Valir PACE's mission to provide integrated medical and social services to vulnerable seniors through compassionate, diverse team collaboration.
