Job Summary
The PACE Center Manager oversees all operational aspects of the PACE Center, coordinating activities related to care planning, interdisciplinary team meetings, and participant assessments. Responsibilities include supervising various staff members, ensuring quality care and safety for participants, managing the center's budget, and maintaining effective communication between administration and direct care staff. The role requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, with a preferred background in related health professions, and experience with elderly populations and clinical settings. Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, relevant supervisory experience, and current BLS and First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a healthcare setting
- Current BLS and First Aid required
- Minimum one year of experience working with a frail and/or older adult population preferred
- Minimum one year of experience working with older adults and their families in a healthcare or community agency setting is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing and completing projects
- Experience with senior care clinical programs similar to PACE
- Experience working with clinical charts and records
- Fluency in other languages

- Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date before engaging in direct participant contact
- Pass a criminal background check which will verify that the candidate is: not excluded from participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs; has not been convicted of criminal defenses related to their involvement in Medicaid, Medicare, other health insurance or health care programs, or social services programs under title XX of the Act; and have not been convicted of physical, sexual, drug, or alcohol abuse
