PAC Specialist

Remote PAC Specialist providing phone-based patient engagement in a closed-door pharmacy environment. Responsibilities include entering high volumes of data, processing prescription information with speed and accuracy, obtaining prescription authorizations or transfers, performing claim adjudication and auditing duties such as prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks, making outbound calls to patients, onboarding new patients, maintaining confidential patient records, and serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals. The role supports nationwide patient care in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with potential additional duties for Pharmacy Technician-related tasks.
