PA/ Team Administrator

Job Summary
Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements including flights and hotel bookings, and prepare meeting rooms for external stakeholders. Record meeting minutes, collate reports, and handle confidential correspondence regarding customers and business partners. Review timesheets, mileage claims, and expenses while managing incoming mail and drafting responses. Execute special projects, organize company events, and perform ad hoc administrative duties such as ordering supplies to support daily operations. Maintain high levels of discretion with sensitive information and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role/ fast paced work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise between various projects with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude who takes initiative to ensure their success
- Thorough knowledge of computer software packages such as Microsoft Office
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a focus on accuracy
- Understands that we deliver the best service money can buy
- Flexible and passionate about learning and adopting new technology quickly to help achieve outcomes
- Works hard to always please the end customer

Desired Qualifications
- Full clean driving license would be an advantage
- Experience in MAC/ Apple Suite/ Keynote desirable but not essential
