Job Summary
Manage PA and secretarial capacity across the Americas region, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, skill matching, and reallocation of surplus capacity. Line manage and coach the PA Team Lead while acting as an escalation point for people-related matters and supporting performance management, including appraisals, mid-year reviews, and addressing underperformance. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, creating comprehensive programs and monitoring development objectives. Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive constructive service delivery. Monitor absence, attendance, and timekeeping compliance, ensuring consistent application of regional policies. Collaborate with the COO and business leadership to leverage AI and emerging technologies for process improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years' experience working as PA
- 3 years' experience as a supervisor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders and tailor messages to different audiences
- Approachable, flexible and credible
- Confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Collaborative and proactive
- Drive to support team success
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Ability to provide clear guidance to the PA team
