PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person married-couple role—live in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students.Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training; PTO. Qualifications include experience with youth; must be a legally married couple for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; ability to lead devotions and attend chapel; no alcohol on duty; pets allowed limited to fish and one dog of approved breeds.
