Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a married couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Duties include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmentally appropriate and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows an initial nine-on/three-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) and comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Applicants must meet age/marital requirements, possess a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
