Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a fixed home with the same group of students; benefits include salary per person plus housing and comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off; requires a two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proselytizing prohibited
