Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed for on-campus student homes. Couples reside with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership for daily routines, devotions, and budgeting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and ages 27+. Two-person, on-campus housing role with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage (married for at least two years) for both spouses
- Both spouses must complete individual applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models
- Willingness to reside on campus as part of a two-person household
