PA Specialist

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students, with duties including supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and managing household budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and progresses to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. A relocation-assisted, paid-training package is provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must apply individually for consideration; requires valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and adherence to campus safety and Judeo-Christian chapel activities.
