Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residents live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and activities for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, medication administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially schedules follow nine consecutive days on duty with three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and paid training; benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
