Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students in on-campus homes as a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. This role requires a two-person, legally married couple and includes relocation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, two-years married requirement
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
