Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a residential campus serve 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreation, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The position requires being a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, and willingness to relocate to on-campus homes; includes relocation assistance and paid training, with a total compensation around $168,000 per couple including housing and meals, plus comprehensive benefits.
