Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household routines and budgeting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, with on-campus housing and meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role
- Married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
