Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents serving on-campus student homes. Partners provide supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day care for groups of 8–13 students, with responsibilities including medications administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single, fixed student-home assignment; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to reside on campus in on-site student homes
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
