Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent positions at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including medications administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple (both spouses 27+), a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license (ability to become certified to drive student home vans), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to live on campus with provided relocation assistance and training.
