Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on-campus in student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and working a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Qualifications emphasize youth experience, a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
