Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on campus in student homes (Geneseo, IL) and provide care, supervision, and activities for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions with Sunday Chapel. Initially work nine consecutive days on, then three off, with eventual placement into a fixed student home. Includes benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training; both spouses must apply individually for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
