Job Summary
Two-person full-time on-campus Houseparent positions for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes, provide supervision and mentorship to ~8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires two-year married status and both spouses to complete individual applications. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; compensation per person is $44,768 (approximately $168k total per couple with benefits).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
