Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Live in on-campus student homes and supervise/mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and manage budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Two-spouse requirement for application

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
