PA Specialist

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. After starting, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions.
