Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and oversight for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both must apply individually
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Desire to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Experience with youth (volunteering acceptable)
- Two-person role for couples
- Proficiency in budgeting and household reporting
