PA Specialist

Flex Houseparents (a two-person married couple) serve Full-time on-campus in on-campus student homes, residing with a group of approximately 8–13 students to provide care, supervision, guidance, and support. Responsibilities include supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and following a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (about $168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive health and retirement benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off.
