Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live in on-campus student homes, supervising and supporting 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in recreational and developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
