Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple PA Specialist role in on-campus student homes as Flex Houseparents. As a full-time, two-person team, couples reside in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and participate in developmental activities, lead devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Initially known as Flex Houseparents with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation support, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-year marital requirement for spouses? (implied by posting)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
