Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, coordinating routines, administering medications, and driving students to activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision, creating a family-like environment, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and planning/participating in developmental and recreational activities. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a dedicated Houseparent staying with the same student group. Requires on-campus housing duties, ability to lift 50 lbs, driver’s license, and comfort with Judeo-Christian chapel services. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and a compensation of $44,768 per person (about $168,000 per couple total). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Experience with youth (volunteering or working)
