Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, on-campus in a Queen City, TX area location, reside in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 per couple total compensation with housing meals and utilities), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Qualifications include youth experience, two-year married status, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lead devotions in a Judeo-Christian setting; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
