Job Summary
PA Specialist role described as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students, manage routines, medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off initial schedule and eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, insurance, retirement, PTO, and paid training. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED; holds a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and accompanying to Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
