Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and can transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home, with relocation assistance and paid training provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older.

- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
