Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple caregiving role living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide guidance and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent assignment; includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing but requires both spouses to apply individually.
