Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing daily routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with a consistent nine-days-on/two days-off cycle. Responsibilities include supervising students, driving, coordinating activities, budgeting and reporting, and fostering a structured, family-like environment to support student academic, emotional, and social development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
