Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition over time to a placed houseparent role with the same students. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, activity planning, student wellness, transportation, and faith-based programming; benefits include housing, meals, insurance, retirement, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual applications.
