Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position follows an initial nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Compensation includes per-person salary with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires two-year marriage, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies.
